The Spiteful tale of Ryouken

personality: Ryouken is both Cruel and Spiteful, he has no sense of positive emotion, and frankly is the most apathetic saiyan in his squad. His lethargy makes him less then willing to do things without being told, however he has been trained to respect orders and will carry out any command with the same heartless cruelty as any other saiyan, and possibly better.

History:Ryouken was what they would call the "Model" Saiyan. When the Saiyans were reborn and reproduced he was one of many who would train their entire life. not by choice, but by force of the saiyan community. Ryouken has been raised to hate anything different, anything new. he is trained to believe that if he does not know a person, then they are the enemy. Ryouken has trained himself in such a manor that now even training seems useless. He is as strong as the adults in the mauraders, and is one of the youngest members to ever succesfully join a Mauraders space hunters group. All because of his Ruthless, sour, spitefull look on everything different in the world.

likes:..not much, he doesnt like fighting like most saiyans, he is a very laid back kid who doesnt care what he must do, but will do it when asked, that is why it is so suprising he is currently in a marauder group. he doesnt assert himself, frankly he doesnt care...witch makes him the perfect killing machine
dislikes:Love and over dramatic fights. he has on more then one occasion blown off a training buddies head because he stopped to give him a moral speech. He doesnt care what you have to say, so dont say it.

Blue Cracker: Ryouken will throw out many balls of energy similar to a meteorite shower, and on impact the energy makes a large cracking noise, enough to temporarily deafen the inexperienced opponent, but is more for showing off than anything. This attack consumes alot of energy and is difficult to dodge

Death Beam: Tm Frieza. The Death beam is concentrated energy on the finger that shoots out at high speeds and can pierce almost any target. -The stronger his experience, the stronger the beam concentrates-

Flying:(Wasnt sure if flying was a given) Ryouken can fly without it affecting his Ki greatly, he has mastered the skill like most saiyans his age

Ki Blast: The normal blast of energy

Ozuuru: a transformation of the saiyan race.

Instant Transmission: It is only simple, but ryo has taught himself how to IT from very bad situations

Easer Cannon: Ryoukens most destructive, Ki consuming technique. Ryo uses energy stored within one hand (Or two depending on how strong he wants it) to throw out causing destruction from the second it leaves his hand. (For refference see Earaser gun of Recoom of the ginyu force. its that only from the hands not the mouth)

yal never really specified the number of skills i could recieve.nor the level of each skill, so i have virtually no idea what board im throwing darts at....

You can have quite a few skills no earth destroying ones you get 2 ultima's and as many normal skills you want don't go over board 10 is good.
